I absolutely love the staff and caring doctors. We have used them for several of our surgeries and also emergency room visits. We have always been handled with such care and compassion. Thank you!
No stars for the lady's at the window who were more concerned with talking and playing on their phone's. No stars for the lady who took my vitals. She was extremely rude. No stars for the Dr who did a chest Xray, prescribed a pill
steroid and antibiotic, and ordered the discharge without treating it.
Staff and nurses can be rude specialy when on mental health side staff would say they would not help anyone who was handicapped it was a sycward not medical ward so of u are handicapped and need special needs in the restrooms plan on staying in there for hours because the stay don't care and will humiliatile you and leave you there u can file a grivence. Go to the head person in charge and u will still get same outcome.sleep forget it very loud at night there are a few nice staff in there buy most are rude and hateful

2 stars....I went in for a bad asthma attack. One star for the respitory therapist who watched me and did everything he could during the asthma attack while continuing to tell them I need help, and one for the nurse who came in to discharge me while I was still in the asthma attack who was finally able to get the Dr to treat my asthma attack.
The staff that I dealt with we're both men and very very rude with no bedside manner.I am referring to the mental health ward. I wouldn't bring my dog there if he had a mental breakdown...
