I was very impressed with the care and empathy that was shown to my family when my mother passed. I live out of state and they reached out to me after I returned home to let me know death certificates had been mailed out, and to follow up with the last details I needed help with. I, also received a check-in letter after a few months just to see how I was coping. Overall a wonderful, kind experience at a very difficult time.
